The “Craft of Speed” MOONEYES Documentary will be exhibiting with the Japanese American National Museum (JANM) at the 20th Anniversary Japanese Classic Car Show (JCCS) on Saturday, 10/11/2025, next to the MOONEYES booth. Like JCCS, MOONEYES is celebrating a momentous occasion this year—its 75th anniversary.
“Craft of Speed” will be promoting its upcoming cinema events. In addition, it will be taking pre-orders of its new “Craft of Speed” MOONEYES Photography Book, a companion documentary photography book to the film.
JCCS is a very popular and long-running car show that celebrates Japanese classic cars and its rich culture. This year, it celebrates its 20th anniversary. Because of its important contributions to car culture, it’s part of the Japanese American National Museum’s landmark “Cruising J-Town: Behind the Wheel of the Nikkei Community” exhibit at the ArtCenter College of Design / Peter & Merle Mullin Gallery, which has been extended to 12/13/2025.
We’re honored to co-exhibit with JANM at the JCCS. The museum is an inspiring leader in the community, preserving vital Japanese American history. Car culture is an integral part of Japanese American and Asian American culture. Oliver Wang, the curator of the “Cruising J-Town” exhibit, and the museum had the vision to launch this groundbreaking exhibit—the first of its kind.
